This course is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the anatomy involved in yoga practice, as well as how to apply this knowledge to enhance your own practice.
Our approach is simple and accessible, so you don’t need any science background to understand the material. We use state-of-the-art 3D anatomy tools to make the learning experience as engaging and interactive as possible.
In addition, we emphasize kinesthetic learning to help you integrate what you learn into your practice. By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of how your body works during yoga practice and how you can use this knowledge to improve your practice and avoid injury.
