This Policy is the agreement by Body Mind Alliance where we inform students about our policies regarding refunds. It usually includes the following pieces of information

• How many days after signing the training agreement a student is entitled to refund
• How will they receive the refund amount
• What is the procedure for cancellation of the program and applying for the refund

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days i.e. 120 hours, has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be watched the course for more than 5 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the following conditions only a refund will be applicable:

1. Five (5) Days Cancellation in case of 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course

An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within five (5) days after signing the training agreement is entitled to a refund of all money paid. The refund will be initiated to the source account within seven (7) business days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

2. Wrong course purchase:

If you have purchased the wrong course by mistake and you inform to Body Mind Alliance team within 5 hours of purchase. But make sure you haven’t watched the course for more than 1 hour.

3. The same course purchased:

You may purchase the same course from multiple ids. Then you have to submit your both ids. We will refund you instantly.

**When refunds are not applicable?

1. Refunds After 5 Day Of Purchase

There will be no refunds after 120 hours i.e. 5 days from the time of 200 hours Yoga Teacher training course purchase. If the applicant withdraws from the course for any reason after 5 days, the applicant will be responsible for paying the full course fee, regardless of any partial payments that have been made to date.

2. Live Online & Offline Classes

The live classes (online & offline) are part of the course and no extra fee is levied. In such a case, absence or skipping live online or offline classes shall not be compensated under any circumstances.

The live classes (online & offline) are free for 365 days from the time of purchase, after 365 days are over the students must pay the renewal fee to attend the live classes (online & offline).

3. Bad Conduct

No refunds will be given if the course removes a student from the live classes (online & offline) and Body Mind Alliance community for bad conduct of any kind. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students. Such a student shall also lose access to the course and all its recordings.

What are the Steps to Refund?

There is a simple process of requesting for the fee-refund.
The refund will be initiated to the source account within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
You can contact us via contact form, email or WhatsApp along with your purchase order details (email, mobile, name & order ID, UPI ID, or bank details). We will initiate the refund instantly if you will be eligible, which will be processed within 7 business days from the date refund-request.
